With over 35 years of experience in Metal Scrap, DMI has decided to enter into manufacturing sector since 2007, where DMI would would manufacture all Copper Alloy Ingots and Billets as required by the buyer. Mostly, it includes AB2 Ingots, Bronze Ingots, Gunmetal Ingots, Brass Ingots, LG2 and PB5 ingots etc. DMI also manufactures PPR/CPVC pipe fittings and it has in-house extrusion plant where the end-product quality is always guaranteed as it is manufactured from extruded rods. Moreover, DMI has also been a leading and prominent manufacturer for Brass Ceramic Cartridge/ Brass Spindles. The machinery set-up has been completely done from Germany and China. DMI uses All CNC Based machineries.
D.M.I has expanded its horizon in international market like Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, U.S.A and many more. The manufacturing unit has a area of 53000 sq ft.

Our modern plant includes 5 most modern furnaces i.e. 3 Mains Frequency Channel Induction Melting Furnaces and 2 Medium Frequency Coreless Induction Melting Furnaces for different alloys for Ingots and Billets. Both Medium Frequency Coreless Induction Melting Furnaces are exclusively designed & sourced for production of Gun Metal & Aluminium Bronze Ingots.
